Yes, we offer delivery to any country in the world. Shipping details depend on your location and can be selected during checkout.

How do I choose the right size of lingerie?

A size chart is available for each brand to help you choose the right size. If you have any questions, our support team will be happy to assist.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes, you can only exchange an item within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it hasn’t been used and all tags are intact. Please note that in the case of an exchange, you will need to cover the delivery costs. Please contact our support team for return instructions.

Delivery time depends on your location. For orders within Ukraine, delivery takes 1–3 business days. International delivery typically takes 5–15 days.
